Engineered to perform

Provincial Doors Inc. (PDI) supplies ASSA ABLOY industrial RubberDoor systems, including the VR2000 range and UltraBig doors, for demanding mining, steel, manufacturing and heavy-equipment applications throughout Canada.

The VR2000 family is designed for busy industrial openings where dependable cycling, resilient rubber curtains, effective sealing and impact tolerance help reduce interruptions. Available variants can be selected to suit the opening size, operating conditions and required performance.

For significantly larger openings, UltraBig rubber doors provide a heavy-duty solution for equipment access, mining maintenance buildings and other demanding industrial facilities. Their reinforced curtain, structural frame, engineered guide system and counterbalanced operation are designed for challenging environments where a conventional high-speed door may not be practical.

Both product families are available in application-specific configurations. Opening dimensions, wind-load ratings, operating speeds, curtain materials and safety systems differ by model and should be confirmed against the current manufacturer documentation. PDI can help review opening dimensions, traffic, environmental conditions and project requirements to select a suitable system.
